Sleep is so important for our physical and mental health — and many people find CBD helps them get to sleep and stay sleeping.

A normal serving doesn’t make you sleepy. Many people take it in the morning. But it lowers anxiety and pain and and can allow the mind and body to achieve a good night’s rest.
