Pizza is popular. It’s delicious. And it contains a lot of fat.
If you want to get maximum benefit from your cannabinoids, you may consider eating a pizza an hour before your CBD.
Cannabinoids are fat soluble, so you may need considerably more CBD on an empty stomach than after a fatty meal.
It’s possible that your body absorbs more CBD in a cup of CBD tea if you add a little half-and-half.

There’s no shortage of fat in the American diet. We consume it every day. The general consensus among nutritionists is that unsaturated fats are better than saturated fats.
This is just to say that the pizza suggestion is an attempt at a joke. We love it, but we don’t want to advocate for too much of that.
While a daily regimen of CBD is a good idea, eating pepperoni pizza every day is probably not.
There are plenty of good fats that are quite healthy for every day consumption, like avocados, nuts, peanut butter, olive oil…
The point is, before CBD, eat something! (preferably something that’s good for you).
