Sleep: Quantity and Quality is important


Most adults need between 7 to 9 hours of sleep.


According to experts, the quality of sleep is just as important as the quantity -- which is where CBD comes into play.


We know from experience that taking too much CBD is not toxic, but it can cause sleepiness.


That said, taken in normal amounts, many of our customers report that CBD does not have the effect of a sedative that helps them get to sleep.
