At PhenomWell, we keep the door locked.

And while we do our best to get to the door as fast as we can, we're not that speedy.

So if you shop in our store, there's often a delay -- with you waiting outside while we mask up and unlock the door in order to let you in.

We acknowledge the inconvenience and very much appreciate your patience and understanding.

We want to serve, and we also want maximum safety for our customers and ourselves in the time of COVID. We've had this policy for almost a year now.

There's some indication that CBD can help people dealing with COVID-19, but it certainly won't affect the spread of the virus.

So far, only about 10% of our population has been vaccinated, and about 30% of people carrying the virus have no symptoms at all. So while the spread is down this month, it's still spreading rapidly.

Our only protection is a well fitted mask on everybody involved, which is why we keep the door locked -- in order to enforce our state's indoor mask policy.

If you need a mask, we have plenty of the 3-layer surgical masks and are happy to give you one.
